Man With Massive Face Tattoo Gets A Job Through Viral Facebook Post
As someone who has tattoos, I can understand that sometimes people will treat you differently or look at you differently. I can also understand that if you get a massive face tattoo you might have a tad trouble getting a job. And that’s exactly the situation with Mark Cropp.
The 19-year-old from New Zealand has just finished his two-year-sentence for armed robbery, and of course needs a job now that he’s a free man. There’s only one problem: the huge tattoo reading ‘DEVAST8’ that covers his face.
For a Job you always end up confusing yourself what to wear, whether it is smart enough, whether it is too smart, what you should say, how you should speak, how to do your hair; the list goes on and on. Fortunately for me, I don’t have any notable additions to my appearance that might give me any trouble, such as piercings or an unconventional hairstyle.
Mark Cropp, from New Zealand, had been inebriated when his cell mate – who is also his brother – gave him the tattoo, while he was completing a two-year sentence in prison for an aggravated robbery charge.
The tattoo was supposed to be small and go along his jawline, but after the pair drank an improvised alcoholic beverage made from fermented apples, sugar and bread, the mark turned out to be significantly larger.
